Jo Ellen is very experienced and was really helpful. She was,a pleasure to work with.
Joellen provided guidance by listening and asking questions. These piece have been through a few moves duck tape and command strip to hang up on our walls. She gave them an upgrade and now look like the pieces of art they are. Who would think Tile, Leather and a Poster could look this good. Yes she wrapped them like the gifts they were.

JoEllen has completed several items for me over the past few months and everything turned wonderfully. She is a gem!
JoEllen is so great to work with. She's extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of custom framing, she listened & made great suggestions. I also appreciate that she allowed us to make an appointment & never made us felt rushed or pressured. Thank you JoEllen, it was a pleasure!
