Had back tire changed. Custom said it would take 2 or 3 days, they finally finished it one month later. When I picked it up, I learned they had cracked my final gear casing. Jeromy Peterson, the owner, said they wouldn't fix it because, "this happens sometimes, and has happened 3 times in my shop." I took him to small claims court and won easily; however, Custom continues to not pay. DO NOT take your bike to Custom if you want quality, service, and a company that has the integrity to fix their own mistakes.
We took my girlfriends sportster everywhere in town trying to diagnose a transmission problem and no one was able to fix it. We first met Jeremy on a ride and told him the symptoms and he said he was sure he could fix it. We dropped it off at his shop the next week and he fixed it right the first time. Since then we've taken both of our bikes to Custom Performance Cycle to have work done and I am 100% satisfied with the service there.
