I've had a lifelong history of flat feet and some plantar fasciitis troubles as well. I needed an affordable custom orthotic, and this company delivered. I'm very pleased with my pair, and just ordered another pair today.
I've got a heel spur and had right heel pain that persisted throughout the day. Over the counter inserts helped some but not nearly enough and specialty stores wanted potentially 2-3 thousand dollars for some inserts!
