I've got a heel spur and had right heel pain that persisted throughout the day. Over the counter inserts helped some but not nearly enough and specialty stores wanted potentially 2-3 thousand dollars for some inserts! I was extremely pleased with Dr Bowden's services. It was nice to actually speak with the person in charge and discuss the product I really wanted to order. The custom orthotics arrived and are magnificent. They are so comfortable and supportive. As a result, I ordered a second pair, aided by the generous discount they offer.
