They care more about sponsoring the Wild than they do doing the little things. I wouldn’t have written a review but after noticing sharpie on our black windows, I brought it up to the owner of Custom One. He said it wasn’t his painters and most likely our kids…. Not likely considering we have found sharpie “cover ups” on 8+ windows and 3 year olds probably aren’t that smart.
Their workmanship is of the highest quality and all of their contractors were great to work with and reliable. Very responsive. Jim Olson is the best.

Can’t say enough about the quality that Custom One Homes build. I am in a townhouse after 41 years in a home my husband and I built. After my husband passed it was time to move and the journey although difficult has been so positive because of all the people at Custom One Homes. They answer their phones and tackle any issue you might have. Five Stars for all of them.
