This company bought a mailing list and started sending me spam messages. The marketing email they sent says, "You received this email because you subscribed to updates from Custom One Homes" No. No I did not.
We got so lucky to be able to purchase a Custom One home. We couldn’t be happier with the service we have received since moving in. Jim has been such a pleasure to work with and is always responsive and timely whenever something comes up that we need assistance with. We’ve also had great experiences with every business/contractor Custom One works with. The whole team is friendly and wants what’s best for their customers!
I am so happy and already feeling at home in my new Lake Home/Cabin in Northwestern Wisconsin. The entire process was seamless, thanks to the entire staff at Custom One Homes. They kept in close contact step by step with me. They care more about sponsoring the Wild than they do doing the little things. I wouldn’t have written a review but after noticing sharpie on our black windows, I brought it up to the owner of Custom One. He said it wasn’t his painters and most likely our kids…. Not likely considering we have found sharpie “cover ups” on 8+ windows and 3 year olds probably aren’t that smart.
Their workmanship is of the highest quality and all of their contractors were great to work with and reliable. Very responsive. Jim Olson is the best.
