I went to get my acrylic taken off and just do gel polish. We'll man broke 2 of my nails .he nicked my skin and didnt even say he was sorry .He didn't do a good job so I was just going to pay for the over priced service byt I wasn't gonna give a tip. But the man put a tip from his end . I didn't notice the charge till the next day. Then the nails broke to days later and gel polish has been chipping away. Wonderful setting and decor with reasonable prices. Amy was terrific!
I had a mani/pedi and the next day the polish chipped. I called to see if they can redo and they advised they do not warranty their regular polish.
