Called Custom Mechanical for water heater maintenance. They came in a reasonable time frame, performed the work quickly and efficiently and the charge was competitive. The mechanic was friendly and courteous.
Entered into service contract for older hvac system with Custom Mechanical whose 1st diagnosis was OK to use it was in working condition. Called to start up for fall season when second tech discovered leak and recommended replacement. Had the lst tech made this diagnosis I would not have wasted over $400 for their service contract and could have purchssed new equipment from them with that $400 included. Good service polite worker and gave us some ideas for the future
Our experience started out positive and ended up very negatively. Our heat pump compressor went bad, we knew it had to be fixed or replaced. We chose Custom Mechanical due to the numerous positive reviews and positive experience our neighbors had had with this company. After two service visits, it was decided it needed to be replaced, a pricey component to a heat pump. The techs were always extremely polite and timely. The compressor was replaced, a $2100 job.
