I bought 8 racks of shelving from Custom material Handling in April. The response was quick and I love the racks. I need one additional rack and have been given various reasons, excuses, and promises, but cannot get a response other than "I will call you back in 15 minutes". I'm not sure what is going on, but I'm frustrated with the way it is NOT being handled. Any help from the owner of this company would be greatly appreciated.

This place is great, custom shelling was not a problem for 1/2 the price anyplace else. I used their products to build custom work tables in minutes. I will never build out of wood again.
