Custom Marble installed a quartz countertop for us. When the men carried in the countertop they damaged the counter with the suction cups used to carry it. An employee was sent out to try to buff out the blemish, but was unsuccessful. The manager was then sent twice with unsuccessful results as well. When the manager initially buffed out the mark, it looked better, but by night the spot was very evident again. The manager said in his eyes it was fine, it was not about customer satisfaction.
