They do not return phone calls! Can never provide evidence of any violations, we are supposed to take their word and pay the fines! Harrassment is their agenda.
Channing is a worthless weasel who gives you vague answers and takes weeks to to return calls. Not sure what our monthly dues really go towards. Complete incompetent fools work for Custom Management. Nothing ever gets done and if it's done, it's done cheaply.
Thinks have not changed with Nick Norman at Custom Management Group, Inc. but I venture to say are even worse than the previous reviews indicated. Do not buy any property that is managed by Nick because you will live to regret your decision.
They are rude, unhelpful and happy to steal your money. They make living at my place miserable. I wish I had never bought it.
