I have had a great experience with custom maids. Used them each time I come down from Houston at my condo about once per month for the past 6 months. Very inexpensive for what you get.

Jewelry stolen after cleaning. Owner of this business was defensive and was angrier than the aggravated customer. Total turn off. Never use this even with Groupon.

I needed help cleaning a house we purchased and the previous owners left it a mess. On the move in day the place was not to my standard and so I called a few places on short notice and Custom Maid Service was the only one that could accommodate me in their schedule. Very polite ladies and they did a great job. I am very appreciative of all of their efforts.

San Antonio's Best Maid Service – I used another maid service that was a franchise and besides being inconsistant with service they were not very flexible. I have used Custom Maid Service for the past several months on an every two week basis and couldn't be more happy. Communication is great, the cleaning teams they send are very good, friendly, and professional. I hope to use Custom Maid Service for a very long time. I am sold on them!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT USE!! – I signed up for once a week cleaning and was to get the 5th free. The owner seemed very nice & accomodating on the phone, so she made me feel comfortable signing up for the long haul. By the fourth cleaning, the ever changing and untimely crew had broken an antique music box (which they offered to pay repair), deeply scratched my bathroom cabinet doors, had to be called back to redo granite tops (yuk! they were dull & gritty & hopefully not permanetly damaged), stainless steel applianc... read more
