Product is great, service is horrible We had 2 sliding glass doors installed last year. The doors are great, but installation and service were horrible. After the initial installation, the screen doors didn't roll smoothly, there were a few missing screws, the deadbolts didn't engage, and they hadn't installed the security alarm hookups that we'd paid extra for. It took several months for them to come back and they needed to send people from the manufacturer to fix the installation issues. I've been calling them since Septem... read more

Sweepstakes winner Mr. & Mrs. William M. - September 2007. We were the sweepstakes winner of a 10 X 14 Sunroom by Custom-Lite, Inc. The workmanship was excellent. The workers were professional and prompt. They cleaned all debris as they worked and before they left each day. Our old porch roof had to be removed prior to the new installation. Each worker was courteous and respected the grounds around the property taking care not to damage any shrubs or plants. We spend a large amount of time in the Sunroom year round. Home improvements made easy! I own 12 investment properties that always need something updated. It's Great to finally have one point of contact thatt I can call to get it all done with. My asphalt roof was completed in 1day. Not to mention his crew cleaned up, I wouldn't have known they were there if the roof didn't look so different.

They had told me that we were picked as one of the monthly winners to receive $500 off any type of home improvement that the company does.
