I was never told that CLC charges $65 per hour for each person (even though she said she told me when I called about doing a spring cleanup). 4 people went to my rental and supposedly worked for 2 hours. I received an invoice for $520 for the cleanup. This is outrageous! I will probably lose my renters over this because it equals almost 3 weeks of rent. The lease I have them sign, they are responsible for lawn maintenance. I was also disappointed CLC won’t give you a quote for spring cleanup or a least a price range.
