If you're a new or inexperienced welder DO NOT WORK HERE!!!. So for context I worked there for just shy of 3 months. In those 3 months I learned their biggest issue is training or the lack their of. In those 3 months I received maybe 20 hours of training for an assortment of jobs none of which I spent more then a week or two doing. Id be trained for an hour or two on one job then next shift be thrusted towards something completely new. This happened at least 4 or 5 times.
