If you hire Narva prepare to experience extreme frustration and disappointment. This is the most unreliable company I have ever worked with in my life. We hired them to build custom woodwork for our apartment and they continuously missed deadlines and made up excuses as to why deadlines were not being hit. To make matters worse, they then took zero ownership of their mistakes or made any attempt to make up for it through some semblance of customer service. STAY AWAY FROM NARVA!
We have had a horrible experience with Narva Woodwork. I strongly recommend for you to run away. Any other option would be better than this one. Vitalia, their owner, is extremely dishonest. My project has been delayed for over 4 months. During this time period we needed to pay to stay at temporary housing or agreed to live in a tiny room of the apartment while they completed their work. Stay away from this cabinet maker company , if I can call it that …. There measurements way off, guys had to come back twice and still couldn’t not finish my laundry room and my daughters closet! Horrible horrible experience ! They charged me full amount , never completed a job . Don’t return phone calls now ! I’m planning to reach out to my attorney .
