After having what I can only describe as a Pretty Woman experience a few months back, I’ll never return to this store. We went in asking about an upgrade of my wedding set for our anniversary. I’m not sure exactly why, but all three women up front did not seem interested in helping us. They tried to charge me more to fix the ring than i bought it for. I purchased a ring here back in September, I did not start wearing it until late December when i got married. I had to get the ring fixed after a month of wearing it because three diamonds were lost. I have worn this ring for less than four months and have lost FIVE more diamonds.
