Not the most pleasant experience with this company. Customer service is under par. Ordered through the website for my child's school sweatshirt, got a receipt, then my payment mysteriously disappeared from my account, so I didn't know if it was paid for or not. I emailed them at the least 3 times, two of which were never answered, I called the business and they didn't have a clue what happened.
