I have to admit that I was skeptical using this hospice service for my step-dad based on the reviews but I am so glad we did. We had Rachel and Tracy as my step-dad’s hospice nurses and they went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable. They spent more time than normal visiting him in order to get him to a place of comfort. I am very very happy with the genuine concern and care they showed my step-dad during his final days. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them
I just started working with them for my husband's care and to say i am disgusted is the understatement of the year. I am 100% beyond disgusted. First off when the Home Aid comes she starts out by telling me what she is and is not going to do, then the weekend nurse calls me and first thing she asks me is: "do you want me to come over today" ... and all I can think of is why are you asking me, I thought you checking on my husband was part of your job and contract. Worst experience of my life... This organization was dishonest and understaffed. I had to stay on the phone the whole time my father was dieing to make sure custom hospice would do what they promised. They broke the promises every time. I pray that they never let another family suffer. May GOD have mercy on this company. Don't use this company ever.
I've been working with Custom Palliative Care and Hospice for a little over a year now, I'm writing this without any influence from Custom management- I just wanted to put it out there that Custom management/administration really treats their team with respect and wants us to have work/life balance.
