Approximately 12 years ago we had CHI&R do our siding that coincided with an addition. We were so pleased with their customer service, quality of work genuine communication skills that when it came time to replace our roof it was a no brainer who it was going to be. Once again they did not disappoint. Keith, who was our sales rep, was the same person we had 12 years ago for the siding job and he was straight forward and gave us a very fair price as a returning customer. They were great explained well and helped control the cost
Excellent experience from the office staff, the individual who came out and gave the estimate, the workers who were onsite to replace my roof. They arrived precisely at 7 AM and left around 7:30 PM. The supervisor kept texting me updates the entire time they were at my home.

I absolutely loved my entire experience with Custom Home Improvements. The salesperson, Bill Pyle, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He didn't put any pressure on me to make a decision. The production manager, Kimberly, was always there when I had any questions and kept me up to date on all the jobs and who would be in charge.
