We had new siding installed by Customer Home Improvement and Efrain was our Project Manager and he was exceptional in communicating with me on a daily basis and stopping by daily to do a walk-around with me. She was so kind and welcoming until I knew I had to go with this company. I met with Bill Pyle today. He talked and walked me through everything with care and proficiency. Working with Custom Home Improvements was more than pleasant! OUTSTANDING customer service from first phone call til the trailer left, I have ZERO complaints about this company and their operations! They got my roof done in 5 hours, from 7:30am to 12:30pm they were present and producing a QUALITY product!
