We have been very pleased with the service that we have received from Custom Home Elevators. They not only perform repairs as needed, but they are very diligent in ensuring that our annual maintenance visit is performed in a timely way. We have had a couple of more urgent situations occur and they are always there as soon as they can be (typically same day) to get these issues corrected.
