Dwane and his crew are professional, courteous, and really know what they are working with. We had a 20+ year old boiler and hot water heater replaced. The work they did was clean, and the whole team from office staff to apprentice were exceptionally professional and friendly. They were also easy to have in the house for 3 days and left the space clean and put back together. Custom HPACES were recommended to me from a neighbor and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have HVAC work done.
A heat pump at our community center failed. Another vendor (Tuscan) gave us a free estimate and said we needed to replace everything for $19K. I had a previous positive experience with Custom HPACES, so I paid them $89 for an evaluation. Their tech, Benito, spent hours determining that the control board in the outside unit was damaged. We paid $738 for that to be replaced, but he then found that the compressor was shorted internally (this is what damaged the board).
