Benito was efficient and did a great job cleaning our furnace.
From our original consult to completion the team was professional and courteous.
Review update: We love our new Aerocool evaporative cooler. It cools down the house very well (if anything it works too good and gets quite cold, we don't have to use it as much as our previous unit.) Duwayne was very helpful in troubleshooting and fixing a few loose ends after the installation, and their staff were nice to work with. They were also able to use the same legs from our old unit, which was also great as they didn't have to mess with the roof.
We had high hopes after we initially meet with Dwayne to get an estimate to replace our old swamp cooler. But when they showed up last summer, they were new guys who were inexperienced, and Dwayne didn't stay to supervise and help the new crew (who didn't know how to operate a taller ladder, which we had to supply our own which was taller). They installed a new swamp cooler for us to replace our old 20+ year old one, but they didn't mount it on the original legs correctly (it's crooked), it rattles and shakes the house now, ... read more
