I give this company a 1. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!! And they only got a 1 because when Terry or Larry came out to Quote the replacement of a furnace. He was very nice and I liked the sound of a small local company. But once a repair needed to be done to it things became more complicated. It took a long time for them to find somebody to come to my location and during this time I had no idea what was going on because upon the initial call I WAS NOT informed of this.
