As always, Custom Heat and Air top notch!! They always keep me in loop on arrival, if any problems noted and/or if everything OK. I guess that is why I have been a customer of theirs for +20 years
Very nice gentleman who came.
Had my unit replaced in September of 2022. Brand new unit installed. Since then I had to have my coil replaced, and now my blower motor. So now I get to pay for labor to replace faulty parts. After 3 years, there shouldn’t be so many issues. The tech that came out today was rude. He walked out of my house and left, no conversation. As a woman who was alone, I felt talked down to and like he was mad about having to be there. So between 2 major repairs in 3 years, and rude servicemen, I don’t have much faith in this company.
