Terrible experience on the install and finish of over 1000 sq ft of hardwoods. Experience started out good: Gregg was very professional via the phone, shows up on time, and always communicates work schedule and references were okay. Gregg also wasn’t the lowest bid, so we weren’t worried about ‘getting what you pay for’. Well, so much for that thought.
