In response to the owners reply. All my father wanted was a simple job done right to have his windows taken care of without hassle that got damged from a storm. Instead, what he got was delays, blame, and treatment no elderly veteran should ever endure. Avoid this company at all costs. They shamelessly took advantage of my elderly father, who lives on a fixed income, by overcharging him and treating him with complete disregard throughout the entire process. What should have been a simple, respectful experience of getting new windows turned into a nightmare of nastiness and exploitation. No family should have to endure the way my father was treated. This company is unprofessional, and should be held accountable for their actions.

Called 5/17 for a glass shower door. Receptionist said it would be added to the work queue for a measure. 6/7 and still no call. Its a good thing I called a competitor b/c they measured the next business day and had installed before Custom Glass ever called to measure. Unacceptable.
