This place has the worst customer service. I ordered an area rug and was told it would be ready in 10 days. I called to find out how it was coming along for 2 months and never a follow-up call back. Finally gave up and asked for my credit back, they never did a refund on my card so I contacted my bank. Don't call them because they don't call you back and don't deliver on the merchandise you order, such a big disappointment.
BUYER BEWARE!! We spent a huge amount of money with Custom Floors to have quality flooring professionally installed. Choosing this store was our biggest and most costliest mistake! We went through 2 and a half weeks of the poorest, most unprofessional installation job we have ever experience. 2 months after the installation we found out we have faulty wood flooring that is literally shrinking, lifting off the floor and coming apart at the seams.
