Had flooring delivered and date set for installation. We got up at 3 am to remove toliet and have bathroom ready for installers. They came in and said we can't do it and we are then left with no toliet and flooring with no one to install it. They refunded us our deposit minus the flooring no explanation, no apology. They apparently do not have competent installers.
Excellent, professional service and quality.
The owner Barbara Very rude & not professional rushing off the phone didn’t want to hear my complaint. Won’t do business there no more.
