I'd been going to the gym 5-6 times a week for a year, but wasn't seeing the results I wanted. I went to Lisa for nutrition advice, but ended up with so much more! In just 15 weeks of adding small group classes at CFS to my routine, along with nutrition coaching, I lost 14 pounds and 14% body fat. Turns out, my old exercise habits weren't cutting it for my age. The coaches are great, and the community is awesome. Classes are small, so you get plenty of personalized attention on form and technique.

I first started working with Custom Fitness Specialist 2017 and this is the only place that has ever truly felt like home. The coaching staff and trainers are the best I have ever worked with and that is why I keep coming back. The atmosphere for group training is very welcoming and the trainers always take time to explain things.

I started working out with CFS three months ago. I signed up for the gym membership and I’m also doing the nutrition plan. In three months, my body fat is down 10% and I am gaining lean muscle mass like never before at age 45. I have some big muscle and fitness goals, and I’m really seeing progress !!! All the coaches are encouraging., knowledgeable, and so supportive. It’s a small class environment, with coach attention and support unlike any other gym program I’ve ever been a part of.
