Lisa and her team of trainers are top notch. I'm 54, and have been struggling for 8 years to find a exercise and nutrition program that I was actually motivated to stick with. I'm about 3.5 months in. I have a ways to go on my fitness journey, but i'm stronger, leaner and feeling like a new person already. CFS is the best investment I've made in myself.

If you are looking for a very inclusive gym that celebrates all people, starting from any ability, come on in! The instructors are amazing. The workouts are challenging. And if you need help figuring out nutrition goals, CFS has got you covered. Best decision I made for myself in a very long time.
