Cecil was amazing. Polite and thorough he explained and educated me about my chimney and made me feel very comfortable. He also showed me pictures of everything he did before and after. Really appreciate the time and good service. Will definitely use this company again, highly recommend.
I've bought 2 wood burning and 2 pellet stoves from them over the years for different homes we own but lately every time I call or go in, they never seem to have what I need. Last I was needing a 8 inch wood burning stove, stove pipe top and they said we don't stock or have any. Couldn't even recommend where I could find one. Finally settled on finding one on the internet....Lost a customer for life.
I love my new fireplace put in by Custom Fireside. Everyone I dealt with was professional and super friendly. The one I picked was made and came within a week and I got it installed in just a couple hours. I would highly recommend these new fireplaces from custom fireside shops.
