Extremely disappointed in the complete lack of accountability from Custom Features Incorporated. I was driving directly behind one of their company trucks when I saw that the rear door was open. Something flew out and struck my vehicle, cracking my windshield. I followed the truck until the driver stopped. When he got out, I personally watched him go to the back of the truck, say “damn it,” and shut the rear door. Extremely disappointed with how Customer Features Incorporated handled this situation and the complete lack of accountability afterward. Working with Custom Features was a great experience. Chris was incredibly helpful during the design and quote process. Installation was a breeze. The team showed up on time, were respectful and efficient during the construction, and left the area spotless upon departure. We plan to use Custom Features again for projects in the future! Photo shows cabinet work before finished painting.
Our experience with Customer Features was excellent. We have done two projects with them and I’m sure we will be doing more. April was fantastic to work with, from our vision, to design, to quoting and scheduling! Ryan and Curtis arrived on time, installed our cabinets in a timely manner and cleaned up before they left. I can’t praise them enough, they were all great to work with!
Great company with caring people. I was in construction for 45 years; found them when we moved here and have used them 3 different times. Very professional, has a wonderful staff to help you complete our design. With everyone so busy in Charolette, they take the time to make sure everything is correct before proceeding.
