As a Real Estate agent, I'm always looking for new vendors I can trust. I interviewed over seven different custom cabinetry folks and Custom Features came out on top. My consultant April was top notch and made sure that my vision became a reality. All the people that came to work on the desk were excellent and made sure that I was satisfied. The picture with the chair is the mockup done in Ai. The others are the real desk.
We had a wonderful experience with Chris and the team from start to finish. They answered emails promptly, worked with our adjustments, and helped make an idea I had come to life. The team was extremely skilled, professional and finished the project in a very timely matter. We would highly recommend them and use them for any future needs.
I’ve used Custom Features twice and had an amazing experience each time! The team is responsive during the design phase when I needed to make changes. Installation was quick but done with care. No damage to floors or walls. Their team also didn’t mind my dog bark at them constantly! I’d recommend them to anyone looking for quality custom built-ins!
