We recently had the pleasure of working with a highly professional company through our Home Insurance Agent. We hired Custom Exteriors and their POC Ryan, to have the damage to our home from recent hail storms repaired. The crew at Custom Exteriors replaced our 30+ yr roof this spring. Mountain weather caused a few delays and these guys never gave up or missed a chance to get everything done, down to the final inspection. John Kinyon Mike O’Brien and John Richard, did a professional job adding windows into my screened in porch. Basically turned it into a four season room. I highly recommend custom exteriors for any window or siding projects!
Mike O’Brien and his team at Custom Exteriors are great. Professional, kind, and thorough. Mike was very patient with us, and especially with our insurance company and claim case worker. Mike also made sure that we received the best possible outcome for our claim, and provided in depth explanation of the process throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Mike and Custom Exteriors.
I couldn't recommend Custom Exteriors more enthusiastically! My roof was totaled in a hailstorm the same week the home went under contract. Ryan, Alex, and the team were amazing in rushing my install, finishing well before our close date, and preserving the sale of the home. The team went above and beyond in every way and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Hail damage sucks, the process isn't fun, but working with an awesome company like Custom Exteriors makes it a lot less painful. Thank you so much!!!
