The crew at Custom Exteriors replaced our 30+ yr roof this spring. Mountain weather caused a few delays and these guys never gave up or missed a chance to get everything done, down to the final inspection. Ryan, Alex, and the team were amazing in rushing my install, finishing well before our close date, and preserving the sale of the home. Mike O’Brien and his team at Custom Exteriors are great. Professional, kind, and thorough. Mike was very patient with us, and especially with our insurance company and claim case worker. Mike also made sure that we received the best possible outcome for our claim, and provided in depth explanation of the process throughout the entire process. We recently had Ryan May from Custom Exteriors visit our home to provide a roof replacement estimate, and we were thoroughly impressed! Ryan went above and beyond in every way. Not only did he inspect our attic for potential roof leaks (which we suspected) but he also identified an unrelated issue: a leaking mini-split line.
