Excellent service and product. ***** was very prompt with communication and she was persistent when I took a while to answer, which helped me keep track of the emails so that was helpful. Overall the experience was great and left nothing to be desired. I will definitely be back if I need more pins!
The quality of the product is top tier. ***** gave me 3 different designs, as I had no clue what I wanted. ***** was responsive and made sure that I got my items by the date requested. Phenomenal!
***** always responded quickly to my updates and was patient but persistent when I wasn't able to respond immediately. Our initial plan was to order 20 but the product looked so great we ordered 100.
*** provided great customer service. I had a lot of questions and the team responded promptly. They never seemed agitated even with all of the questions I had. Will absolutely use them again for more products. Shipping was way faster than expected. Great experience every part.
