****** is a great sale's person she is very helpful in satisfying the customer needs and we apricate the service she gave me, she made the sale with working with me and made things happen that others could not.
I was hesitant at first to order enamel pins over the web, but their customer service throughout the designing process was fantastic. My representative Polaris handled the process from start to finish, which is rare these days.
Easy to work with, product is just what I was hoping for and the design process was simple.
We wanted something special to present our high school rowers to celebrate lettering each year. ***** and her team were patient and thorough in all discussion about the lapel pins- and the final product was outstanding.
The site looked sus so I was wary at first, but the pins came out amazing and if you're on the fence, I would definitely recommend them - they're going to be my go-to pin creator from now on. I sent them the design as PNGs and they were able to send a proof the next day. Really quick turnarounds, great customer service and coordination with their rep ***** super easy on my end, and the pins turned out really beautiful. I had them made for my wedding and the guests were obsessed with them.
