So far it has been a great experience! Customer service is amazing. I placed my first order and made a few changes and they were amazing. I even approved the design and realized right after I had the backing wrong and they were amazing about it and got it fixed. I sent the artwork off and the turnaround time for the proof was very fast. ***** kept me updated through the shipping process by providing me the shipping and estimated arrival date. I highly recommend this company for any embroidery needs!
Ordered a handful of PVC patches with a rough design. Their site came back to me within 24 hours with a proof that was pretty much exactly what I was envisioning. After a short back and forth about colors, everything was approved and ready to go. Communication was excellent, can't wait to receive my designs!
I am still waiting for the pins to come in, but I want to say how positive the whole process of ordering and obtaining proofs have been. ****** provided prompt feedback on questions I had, and the changes I suggested for the pin design after seeing the first proofs were excellently followed. What I sent in was a rough, amateur image file, and it became a very high-quality and professional quality logo! I am very pleased and impressed, and I can't wait to get the final pin in hand.
