Update on this review. Good work initially. Then excuses started to roll in on why he was late or had to reschedule. Eventually just stopped replying. There was a warranty on some of the work that won't be honored since he doesn't reply to messages anymore. Had landscape maintenance scheduled and agreed on but he did two months and stopped. Will be looking for more reliability.
We don't typically post reviews, but our experience with Custom Edge Landscaping, and owner Greg Prescott, have been so over-the-top outstanding that we wanted to take time to recommend them to others. Snow plow work was sloppy, nothing custom about it and then he quit without warning in the middle of a big storm. Super disappointing. Could have given us the courtesy of terminating prior to the storm so we could have lined up someone else. Now I'm stuck.
