Custom Dosing used to be amazing. Always helpful and meds ready on time but in the last couple of years it has gone down hill. The staff are rude and act like you are bothering them. I had been a long standing customer for about 10 years at this point. Then I began experiencing delays in my script and staff telling me that my provider did not send over the script. Hours are until 5:30 Monday-Thursday, so why are you locking your doors before then? Super frustrating…
I thought the service was pretty good I had one person who answered the phone and could not have been more ignorant but other than that everyone else was very very friendly and helpful
Please stay away from this unprofessional place. The pharmacist is literally a nut job. She screamed at me today and was wrong the entire time. I had to tell her to lower her voice and stop yelling. I don’t know who she thought she was talking too. She got the right one and lowered her voice. However, when she found out she was wrong , she didn’t even apologize. I just disconnected the call.
