The staff is quick and friendly!! They do gates and business doors, not residential!! If you have bifold or fire doors needing fixed or put in though they are the best!!!

Hired this Fayetteville office to complete a gate repair in February. They completed a temporary fix on 2/24 saying they had to fabricate a part and they would be back in a couple of weeks. A couple of weeks go by... nothing. Multiple requests for a completion date just resulted in more extensions and comments about not having enough people. Then I started getting invoices. This company dragged their feet for weeks on a fix for my gate. After an initial assessment by Glen (tech), he said another guy named Peter would have to take a look and quote it. Peter said he would come out multiple days and never showed. Then after being pressed, he finally sent me a quote which didn’t seem to make sense as a fix for the problem.
