Prompt and professional service. The service center staff were friendly when I called at 8am. They gave me a quote to fix broken garage door springs and got me scheduled, same day. Others that I called had a higher quote and a 3 day wait. Eric, technician that complex the service, called when he was on the way, was very professional. Got the job done, checked other components of the door, and made sure everything was working before he left. From first call to work completion was about 1.5 hours. I definitely recommend.
My 90 year old Mom had an emergency call on the day after Thanksgiving. Tamia gave us a time slot of 12pm-5pm. No one show up and when I called to follow up after hours Andrea's voice was on the recording saying she will call us back. She didn't call so we tried Pure Garage Door services who grossly over charged my Mother. The tried to charge us $1,060.00 for a simple spring replacement. She ended up paying 850.00. I don't recommend either company.
Eric was great! Fast, friendly and job well done. Even helped move my junk to get to the repair area! Well priced and there within 24 hours. Highly recommend!
