Positive experience from start to finish. Courteous and friendly office staff (Kathy) who kept me informed about my service schedule. Technician (Daniel) arrived early for my appointment, which I much appreciated. He was professional and knowledgeable about the HVAC system and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this company for all your heating and air conditioning concerns. Definitely 5 service!
Do not use Custom/Heating Design. They are crooks who just charge you for a visit and maintenance and don't fix anything. I called them to my house and he charged me for showing up and for a part for the downstairs AC but it was the upstairs AC that was not working. After he left a month later my upstairs AC is still NOT working. If I were you I would not call them ever!!!

Our AC stopped working on the day when the temperature hit 100. We called and they came quickly. He diagnosed a bad capacitor and fixed it. We have used Custom Design for years.
