Do not use Custom/Heating Design. They are crooks who just charge you for a visit and maintenance and don't fix anything. I called them to my house and he charged me for showing up and for a part for the downstairs AC but it was the upstairs AC that was not working. After he left a month later my upstairs AC is still NOT working. If I were you I would not call them ever!!!

Our AC stopped working on the day when the temperature hit 100. We called and they came quickly. He diagnosed a bad capacitor and fixed it. We have used Custom Design for years.
Needed HVAC system replacement of a nearly 20 yr old system. Selected Custom Design based on both discussions with Chris and on their bid for the job. Installation crew was timely, professional and did excellent work as far as I am competent to tell. The difference in the house is very noticable. Good bunch of guys as well!
