The team was extremely kind, efficient and didn’t seem like they were trying to oversell any product. They let me know exactly what my need was and fixed it immediately. They also gave suggestions, but were not overbearing. I am so grateful for them. The quote I received prior was almost doubled the amount and they were able to work with me on the best solution for my home. I got several quotes to replace my 20+ year old HVAC systems and went with Custom Design to replace both systems. The price for Trane was very competitive with other top brands and they offered the best financing. Tanner was great to work with and very knowledgeable. Pictures show before and after of outside units.
