Our AC stopped working on the day when the temperature hit 100. We called and they came quickly. He diagnosed a bad capacitor and fixed it. We have used Custom Design for years.
Needed HVAC system replacement of a nearly 20 yr old system. Selected Custom Design based on both discussions with Chris and on their bid for the job. Installation crew was timely, professional and did excellent work as far as I am competent to tell. The difference in the house is very noticable. Good bunch of guys as well! Justin and Ron arrived right on time and proceeded to dismantle my dead 20 year old air conditioner. They were absolutely delightful, respectful, worked well together and got my A/C replaced and house cool in a timely matter. They also cleaned up behind themselves and set the new thermostat.
