We had our A/C Unit serviced by Daniel from Custom Design Heating & AC. He was very polite, professional, and thorough. He answered all our questions and gave us some additional tips. We highly recommend their services!

I want to thank Custom/Design Heating & Air Conditioning of Fredericksburg for promptly helping my wife with air conditioning problems this past Friday, June 7th. While I was out of town she called Custom/Design and asked for help when one of our townhouse units failed on the eve of the upcoming weekend, leaving the upper two floors with temperatures in the high 80s. We had so many different companies tell us all kinds of different solutions to our HVAC issues. Chris came in and explained everything very simply and clearly to us and provided great options. He helped us the entire way through the financing company too. Huge shout out to the installation crew Bernie and Ron, those guys are awesome! Any company would be lucky to have such knowledgeable, respectful, and hard working employees. From start to finish this company was great.
They did an excellent job assessing, installing and condensate draining into our drainage pipes, a high efficiency gas furnace. The great personnel include chris the owner, Bruce (who has been doing our annual inspections and maintenance for 15 years), plus Mike, Bernie, Cody and Ron. Very highly recommended.
