The Custom Design staff couldn't have been better. Kathy was very patient and professional. She answered all of our questions, made excellent recommendations, and worked hard to get my wife and me the window coverings that would best fit our needs. We recently built a new ranch home that has a finished basement. Kathy was very helpful in guiding us through the selection process. The plantation shutters that we choose for the main floor and the blinds that we chose for the basement windows exceeded our expectations! Her customer service skills are outstanding! The crew were professional and did an excellent job of installation. We couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.
