Phenomenal team of helpful, knowledgeable, patient human beings. There’s nothing fun or wonderful about insurance and navigating the system ESPECIALLY here in Southern California. It’s infuriating how little providers are willing to do to follow up with your out-of-state insurance. Sarah H has been amazing to work with! Ohio Health had made errors on a couple of my bills, and Sarah went above and beyond by doing a deep dive into the issue and contacting their billing department directly to resolve it. She saved us money in the long run and was incredibly attentive and communicative throughout the entire process. It’s taken months for them to reach the conclusion that a claim for funds withheld from my income at a former employer should be denied. This decision was after they assured me in writing that the check was on its way. Awful service and questionable claims handling.
I am having a hard time with this insurance. I can not find a dentist at all here in Minnesota that will take this insurance. I have called over 60 places and none of them will see me or my 7yr old daughter with this type of insurance. I can not get anyone in customer service to help. Going online is no help. Super upsetting and frustrating.
