We now have a beautiful new deck by Custom Decks to replace the original that had worn out. We got exactly what we wanted. The installation crew were skilled, professional and very friendly and responsive. A great experience for us.
They built my deck over 3 years ago, the quality is the best, their custom services are excellent. I have a very good experience with them.

We chose custom decks to design and build us something that would last and look great for years, and that’s exactly what they did. They recommended a largely composite design which looks great and has stood the test of time. From my experience, Chase came across as inexperienced and unprofessional. The communication felt immature, and it wasn’t the level of professionalism I was expecting. Because of that, we decided to hire another contractor to finish the job since we didn’t feel confident moving forward with his work. Definitely would not recommend him..
Great workmanship. From s a les to design to completion the process was outstanding. We got great value and quality.
