I dealt with Amanda in the billing department for over a span of 4-6 months. She went above and beyond to help me settle a claim with my insurance companies. She was very persistent and kept her word throughout the entire process. JESSIKA IS ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL LOOKING UP BALANCE FOR PATIENT PAYMENTS IN EPIC OR PHYSICIAN SERVICES. I NEEDED A BALANCE CK'S AND A PAYMENT RAN IN EMIDON AND SHE WAS GOING ON BREAK , HAS ALREADY SIGNED OUT AND SHE WENT BACK TO HER DESK TO HELP ME. SHE WILL SIGN INTO EPIC TO LOOK UP WHAT I NEED.
