Ok you need to stop your fraudulent billing!!! Our insurance pays (EOBs) and they still try to send bills like they didnt even send it to insurance which is illegal! You are getting reported to many agencies!
They have been my billing company for 8 years. I was referred to them by my mom, who also used them as a biller during her career. Adam, Amy, Lynn and the whole team is godsend. They’re on top of our billing, they’re transparent and best of all my staff and patients find them very accessible with questions or concerns. Top notch billing company and I wouldn’t ever consider switching. They’re local as well - based in Merrillville.
