Not as nice as represented in the photos. The letter was not cut correctly. It is uneven. It was rustic but looked like a little kid cut it. They agreed that I could return it but at my shipping expense which was 28 dollars. The item was 60 dollars so I decided I would keep it an hang it in the yard. Not something I would hang in my house.

Love the Metal M I ordered the letter M in mostly rusted, with no hook. It arrived quickly & looks Great.
I like my letters I like my letters. The back was dirty, though, not with rust but actual dirt and several moth cocoons. Wish they would have at least brushed the back off, especially since I paid over $90 for three letters. Otherwise happy with the look and quality.

An A+ for my letter A! I really like the way my 'A' came out, and it looks great on my butler's pantry wall. When I received it, I admit I wasn't sure I liked it since it didn't seem worth the $40+ I spent on it. But when I put it up on the wall, I realized I actually loved it since it's one of a kind and it tied in with my color and decor scheme. BEWARE! I ordered the H and expected it to look similar to all of the letters shown with vertical ridges. The H i received was cut with horizontal ridges and was unappealing as well as lacking in support structurally. What a huge disappointment. They're are several pictures of a large H which are beautiful but the H I recieved was nothing like this. I live in Canada so I had to drive an hour each way to cross the border to U.S. postal outlet to pick this up. Even if I wanted to return it I would have to drive another 2 hours... read more
