exactly as pictured and described Arrived before expected. Exactly as pictured and described. The weathering on these is just right for that rustic feel. I received 5- 12" letters and each one had a different aged/rust pattern. How fun! Quite excited to get my wall art project started for my family! Be careful when ordering different letters, READ THEIR DIRECTIONS, CAREFULLY. If you follow them, you get what you ordered. Can't wait to order more...
Looks great! These letters are cut out of metal, and guess what, cut metal has sharp edges. (Duh!) I just thought I’d put that out there because so many of the bad reviews on here seem to frequently point this out. I am very pleased with the shape and appearance of this letter. I mounted it on some pallet wood with 16ga brads. But most of all I was very satisfied when I realized I would receive this item before Christmas even though they clearly stated it would arrive a few days after. Nice I really like it!! But it’s more rust then I was expecting... there nothing but rust and in the pictures it shows some color or gray color but it is great quality

Great Customer Service The letters look wonderful. I originally received three of the same letters instead of 3 different characters. The ordering process is a little confusing. However, I contacted Custom Cut and they immediately corrected the problem. The letters look so nice in my bedroom. They have many shades of rustic color. I would use Custom Cut again any day. They are great.
as described We ordered these for our office décor. We live in a copper mining community and the rustic look was perfect. They arrived in a reasonable a mount of time... especially considering the holiday rush. The metal is lightweight and easy to hang on the wall. We paired it with a tin star (I may try and rust it myself to match). They look great.
