We are not at all happy with the quality of our custom cupboards. We are sorry we paid the extra money for them. The samples looked great, but what was installed in our home did not fit well together and was damaged in the factory and painted and installed anyway.
Do not buy cabinets from Custom Cupboards! We remodeled our kitchen, taking it down to the studs and moving everything. We ordered 20 cabinets. Two came in damaged; dropped at the factory (no damage on the shipping boxes), and shipped to us anyway. Four other cabinets came assembled but not glued together. One of those had a door installed which was the wrong size. Two other cabinets were completely the wrong size, and it took 5 weeks to get replacements when a rush order was requested.
