Leaving review on Custom-Crete main office just in case anyone there actually cares about what's going on at their Austin location. On Tuesday, June 28th at approximately 11:08am directly in front of the entrance of Custom-Crete at 4433 Terry O Lane, Austin, TX 78745 a red Peterbilt truck with Texas plate 1L81256 threw rocks from their unprotected load directly at my car as they drove entirely too fast into the entrance of Custom-Crete. Custom Crete has been great to work with so far. They have supplied concrete for two smaller jobs of mine and everthing has went flawlessly. The first job was on a couple hours notice. Thanks saved my butt on that one

I just called to place an order. The gentleman who answered the phone was less than friendly. When I had to place him on hold to check some details of the order, he hung up. Terrible customer service. Get someone else to answer the phone.
