STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! We approved the Artwork for our PO and got confirmation from (CS12) Michelle that she has received it and was sending the Artwork to their Art Department. I then received an email from (APG63) Susan, who was asking for my Artwork ***12 DAYS LATER***!!!!! I should have already had my product being SHIPPING in that time period! Poor customer service. Placed an order and it took 7 days of my calling and calling them to find out if they even received and entered our order. After wasting all that time, I found out they would not be able to meet our deadline and that they didn't even have the item in stock! Left messages for supervisor and president but no one returned my phone calls. Obviously had to cancel the order.
