"VERY" poor customer service.. Ordered a hitch cover a month ago and still have not received it, was going to be a Valentine gift. After talking to them, on my own, no call or email on their part, only 5 orders came in out of 10 that were placed. Needless to say, I won't be receiving my item from them until a week later, so they say. If you order from this company, be aware, to order way, way in advance if you want it on time, or reconsider where you are purchasing it from. Very Unhappy Customer...
