Everything they did was horrible & it took weeks and it still was never really completed. My poor fiance and I are still not over this awful experience. After the main salesman (George) who originally came to our house got paid. He never wanted to speak to us again. We called about some concerns that were happening but he would not take our calls. I ordered Signamark french doors and a matching Signamark pocket door. They were supposed to arrive in 4 weeks. The french door arrived in 4 weeks, but the pocket door took 8 weeks. The french door was damaged and I had to call them back to replace it. When they installed the pocket door, instead of installing the locking hardware that I ordered, they put a wedge of wood behind the door so it would stick out slightly from the frame, then tried to convince me that's how you install a pocket door.
