I had such a great experience with CustomCraft when they installed my roof this past fall. The issues with my old Roof were explained to me clearly and my concerns that they would appear again were addressed. I was informed of what to expect and they held to it. This roofing contractor is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. They promised a quick, clean installation — but instead, I got delays, excuses, and poor-quality work. The team didn’t seem trained or supervised, and they left my roof half-done for several days. I had to keep calling them just to get updates. Absolutely terrible service. The roofers had no respect for my property. They trampled over my plants, scratched my gutters, and left behind piles of debris. Even worse, they damaged part of my siding while installing the new shingles. When I brought it up, they denied responsibility. The roof already started leaking after just one heavy rain. When I tried to reach out for warranty service, they told me it’s “not covered.” I feel completely scammed. I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company.

This company completely ruined my roof and my trust. They quoted me one price but added hidden fees halfway through the job, saying they found “unexpected issues.” I ended up paying almost double what was agreed upon. The workmanship was terrible — uneven shingles, sloppy flashing, and visible gaps along the edges. I’ve tried calling the owner several times, and every time I’m told, “We’ll call you back,” but no one ever does. This company should not be in business. Well done. Bid was detailed and accurate, good communication throughout, minor issues we brought up like an accidentally bent gutter were addressed promptly. Super hardworking crew, excellent clean up. On schedule. Very happy with the job (whole roof, 4500 sq ft house, a few dormers). Happily recommend
